The delegates interested to attend the conference as a Listener may directly make registration along with the payment of registration fees.
All submitted manuscripts received by the conference submission management system will be checked by the Proceeding Editor .
Manuscripts that are not properly prepared will be returned to the authors for revision and re-submission.
Once a manuscript passes the initial checks including the permissible similarity index, it will be assigned to at least two independent experts for single-blind peer-review.
The Programme Chair will communicate the decision of the reviewers to the corresponding author, which will be one of the following:
- Accept/Minor Revision:
The paper has been accepted in the present form or subjected to minor revision based on the reviewer’s comments.
- Major Revision:
The acceptance of the manuscript would depend on the revisions. The author needs to provide a point by point response or provide a rebuttal if some of the reviewer’s comments cannot be revised. Usually, a maximum of two rounds of major revision per manuscript is normally provided. Author will be asked to resubmit the revised paper within a suitable time frame, and the revised version will be returned to the reviewer for further comments.
The article has serious flaws, and/or makes no original significant contribution. No offer of resubmission is provided.
All reviewer comments should be responded to in a point-by-point fashion. Where the authors disagree with a reviewer, they must provide a clear response.
